Security
William Scholl
William Scholl
William has been involved in security for the last six or seven years. He spent two years with Pacific Coast Security (OCS) in Tacoma. He then went to Corpus Christi, Texas, where he was involved in security for the port there. William came back to PCS about two years ago.

William is a professional security guard who takes security issues seriously. But he also has a great personality and enjoys the people of Indian Summer. He especially enjoys the residents who welcome him and who introduce themselves to him.

William comes from a family that consists of his mother and three brothers and sisters, mostly all living in this area. He has one child who lives in Texas.

When not involved in security, William enjoys coin collecting and fishing. But most of all he enjoys working.

Maintenance
Van Quan
Van Quan
Visitors of Indian Summer always comment on how beautiful it is here. One of the main reasons is that Van Quan, who maintains it, has a very strong work ethic, takes pride in his work, is a very hard worker, and is a perfectionist.

Van and his family moved from Vietnam to the United States in 1992. Van has been married to his wife, Ha, for 21 years. They have a son, Anh, who is 19 years old and is a junior in college. They have a daughter, Ngoc, who is 15 years old and is a sophomore in high school.

When Van Quan lived in Vietnam, before he became a landscape maintenance person, he worked for the government as a tax officer. After moving to Olympia, Van started his landscape business. Two years later he ended up working for the Indian Summer Homeowners Association. He works six and sometimes seven days a week (about 70 hours a week). He enjoys landscaping his yard, sometimes moving plants several times before he feels they are "just right." He built a fish pond with a waterfall and enjoys relaxing in his "spare" time feeding and watching the koi fish and enjoying the view.

Web Site Development
Dennis Sunde
Dennis Sunde
Dennis Sunde has worked with electronics and computers his whole life.

He earned his Bachelors degree in Electronic Technology from the University of Akron in Ohio and helped establish a computer repair center. Then he moved into software, developing document management systems for many large companies and government sites.

Dennis gained skills in desktop publishing, web site design, database development and Microsoft Office training. Running his own computer consulting company, he has found that his background in both computer hardware and software enables him to provide better support for both. Many clients appreciate his ability to make computers simple to use and understand.

A native Midwesterner, Dennis and his family now enjoy their life in the Pacific Northwest.
