Indian Summer is a gated Master Planned Community located on a spectacular golf course. Started in 1993, the community consists of approximately 320 homes in Olympia, Washington. At completion our community will consist of approximately 500 single family homes, town homes, and condominiums. During the past four years this desirable residential community has grown rapidly with 50-75 new homes built each year.

We are proudest of the people who live here. The residents of Indian Summer are our greatest asset. Our community is friendly, energetic and outgoing. We have everything from a formal Board of Directors to a social committee that plans events and greets newcomers.

Indian Summer enjoys private walking trails in the community-owned 36-acre Nature Preserve located in the center of our community. We are also located next to the Centralia-Chehalis Western Trail for biking and walking. The community is in close proximity to shopping and enjoys easy freeway access.

Indian Summer is surrounded by a scenic, challenging, tournament caliber, year-round 18-hole golf course. The golf course was designed by Peter L. H. Thompson and completed in 1990.
